Looking to make some extra money or pay less in rent each month?! Look no further! We are in need of Property Caretakers at our property Sumter Green!
We are looking for reliable caretakers to maintain the interior and exterior grounds and provide a clean and safe environment for residents, guests and other visitors to the property. Some duties will include:
- Maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe down of all common areas, entryways, hallways, community rooms, laundry rooms and other assigned spaces.
- Cleaning up exterior grounds.
- Seasonal work will include snow removal, weeding, watering plants (contact for specifics).
- Touch up cleaning on vacant units on a weekly basis.
- During pool season, you are to close the pool and clean the pool area. Property Manager will provide you will schedule for pool rotation as you will cover one week and alternate with other caretakers.
