Kleinman Realty Co. is a property management company providing professional apartment management services to our clients. We are seeking a Full-Time Leasing/Rental Manager at our corporate office in Fridley, MN. This position requires a person with a positive attitude; exceptional customer service and phone etiquette; and a welcoming and professional personality. Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls from applicants, residents, vendors, property manager, owners and more.
-Respond to voicemails, emails and greet guests.
-Assist residents on the phone in a courteous manner ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
-Assist applicants with the application process and communicate screening results.
-Generate E-docs and communicate and monitor processes leading to resident move-in.
-Prepare and file all resident documents on a timely basis.
-Assist callers with their apartment search to locate an available apartment home.
-Have general knowledge of the metro area.
-Enter service requests for residents from calls and emails and communicate emergency service requests to service technicians.
-Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Comply with all fair housing laws as defined by state and federal law.
-Effectively communicate with office staff, managers, and residents.
– Perform other miscellaneous administrative office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of two years customer service telephone experience.
-Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
-Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
-Must demonstrate effective customer service skills by using a calm and cheerful voice.
-Convey information accurately, listen effectively, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
-Extremely detail oriented and organized.
-Great planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-pace environment.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
-Excellent time management and time critical prioritization skills needed due to juggling many tasks.
-Professional composure in high-pressure, high volume, time-sensitive environment.
-Computer experience with software including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
-Experience using Rent Manager property management software is preferred, but not required.
-Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required, college experience or degree appreciated.
-Bilingual language capabilities a plus.
