IREM Capstone Project | Como Park

This past week, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming 20 bright and driven University of Wisconsin-Stout students to our property Como Park Apartments!

These students are working on their Capstone Project as part of their journey to earning the Certificate of Property Management (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). As part of their project, they’ll be preparing detailed management plans for Como Park Apartments, putting their skills to the test in a real-world scenario.

Our team – Matt Hozza, CPM, Logan Jacobs, CPM, Grant Jacobs, and Noah Sobota – had a great time answering the group’s insightful questions. It was exciting to see their genuine curiosity about both Como Park Apartments and how we operate at Kleinman Realty Co.!

If these students are any indication, the future of property management is in great hands! We can’t wait to see where they go from here!
