Mark A. Jossart, CPM® is President, Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Kleinman Realty Co. Mark has been involved in the property management business as a manager with Kleinman Realty Co. since 1987 and as an apartment property owner since 1993. He oversees the administration, management, and services divisions for the company’s portfolio of approximately 5,500 apartments in more than 170 locations.

Mark has been an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 1990 and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1992. He served as President of Minnesota Chapter 45 in 1999 and is the recipient of the 2000 CPM® of the Year Award and 2011 Spirit of IREM® Award.

In addition to his involvement with IREM, Mark has been a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) since 1987 and served as the 2010 Chairman of the Board. In 2012, he received the MHA Outstanding “Ex” award for his continued involvement in MHA. Mark earned the association’s Certified Apartment Manager designation in 1989 and is a Krugerrand member of the Prospectors Club. He is also a member of MHA’s Economic Task Force and the Municipal Affairs and Legislative Committees.

Mark is a licensed real estate broker and a graduate of Moorhead State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Matthew D. Hozza, CPM® is the President of Kleinman Realty Co. Matt has been involved in property management as an owner since 2007 and with Kleinman Realty Co. since 2010. Matt started at Kleinman Realty as a Resident Manager of a 22-unit property in Saint Paul before becoming a Portfolio Manager. He spent his early years out of college in the commercial banking industry becoming proficient at financial analysis before transitioning to property management.

Matt became a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) in 2016. Matt is also on the IREM® Minnesota Chapter Board of Directors.

Matt is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Minnesota and a graduate of the University of St Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration / Entrepreneurship. While attending St. Thomas, Matt won the Student Entrepreneur of the Year Pentair Prize Scholarship.

Jessica Huebner, CPM® is the Vice President and Director of Property Management for Kleinman Realty Co. Jessica has been involved in the property management business for over 22 years, working for Kleinman Realty Co. the entire time of her professional career. She started out with the summer grounds care department part-time, and that evolved into an on-site Resident Manager/Caretaker, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, and now Vice President and Director of Property Management.

Currently, Jessica oversees close to 2000 market rate units in the Twin Cities area. She is experienced in management, customer service, sales, interior design, financial operations, leasing/retention, maintenance, safety/code compliance, and strategic planning. She thrives on value add opportunities and bringing teams together to create an amazing investment opportunity for an owner, but also provide a community for residents proud to call home.

Jessica is an active member of Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MMHA), and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She is also a member of IREM®, and earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. She is a licensed real estate agent and a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science Degree, in addition to a graduate of Fergus Falls Community College with a Associate of Arts degree.

Michael Kukuska, CPM® is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Kleinman Realty Co.
Michael has been involved in various facets of real estate management since 1996. He began his career as an on-site manager of a 51-unit complex managed by Kleinman Realty Co. and then worked full-time as an administrative assistant and maintenance technician. He now manages numerous properties in the Kleinman Portfolio.

Michael has been a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association from 1996-2001 and 2006-2023 and served on the Education Committee. He has also been an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 2006. He earned his ARM® designation in 2006 and his CPM® designation in 2010 and is a licensed real estate broker.

He earned is B.A. in Philosophy from Bethel University in 1997 and his M.A. in Theology from Bethel Seminary in 2004.

Steve Tuttle holds the position of Director of Property Services at Kleinman Realty Co. He started his position with Kleinman Realty in the spring of 2022. Steve has been involved in the architectural and construction industry since his graduation from Dunwoody Institute in 1993. Shortly after his graduation from college, Steve served in the Air Force for four years. While stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada, he was deployed for multiple tours, one of which to Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Watch. His time serving his country quickly launched him into learning leadership development and team building, this would further serve him well as he stepped back into the architectural industry in 1998.

Over the next two decades, Steve held a few varying positions in the architectural industry with the latter half being heavily involved in remodeling and new home construction. In 2019, while working for a national home builder, Steve won the coveted Construction Manager of the Year award which is determined by key performance indicators and peer/client reviews.

As the Director of Property Services, Steve is heavily involved with other top company executives and leads three divisions at Kleinman Realty Co. Made up of over 40 people, these departments include the construction division, the services division, and the grounds division. Steve also manages and helps support large capital expenditure projects for our owners. Additionally, value-add projects, amenity spaces, or special construction projects such as exterior renovation work also encompass his contributions. This is where his many years of construction experience and expertise bring deep value to the company and the team he serves.

Logan A. Jacobs, CPM® is a Portfolio Manager for Kleinman Realty Co. Logan graduated from University of Wisconsin – Stout in 2017 with two bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate Property Management and Golf Enterprise Management.

Logan’s experience in the property management business began in the Summer of 2015 and continued the Summer of 2016 where he completed internships with Kleinman Realty Co.  After graduation, he began as an Assistant Portfolio Manager which led to his current position within KRC. Logan currently oversees over 900 units at 40+ locations throughout the Twin Cities area.

Logan has earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He also assists the IREM® Membership Committee.

Grant M. Jacobs, CPM® is a Portfolio Manager for Kleinman Realty Co.

Grant graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Property Management and a Minor in Business Management.

After graduating college, he started his career with Dominium, a national developer, owner and manager of affordable housing. He worked as a Property Manager at multiple locations in the Twin Cities during his four years with Dominium.

Grant started his employment with KRC in September of 2021. Grant currently oversees a portfolio of approximately 775 units at 40 different locations around Minneapolis, Richfield, St. Louis Park, Golden Valley and Hopkins. He has earned his Certified Property Manager, CPM® designation through IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Noah Sobota is a Portfolio Manager at Kleinman Realty Co.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Property Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in the Spring of 2023.  During his studies, Noah gained hands-on experience by working with his family’s multifamily rental business, and through his internship with Dominium at 808 Berry Place Luxury Apartments & Townhomes in St. Paul, MN.  

Noah has actively been involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since his college years, where he served as the President of the IREM Student Chapter at UW-Stout.  His dedication was recognized at the 2021 IREM Global Summit, where he was honored as one of eight national student scholars.  He currently is a member of the IREM Minnesota chapter, and is part of their Membership Committee.

Noah began his professional journey with Kleinman Realty Co. in May 2023 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager, and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in August of 2024.

Ashley Tobias is the Marketing Manager for Kleinman Realty Co.  Ashley was first introduced to the multi-family industry as a child, working alongside her dad who managed five rental properties.  Ashley started her professional career in property management in 2020, as Leasing Specialist at a 462-unit property managed by Kleinman Realty Co.  She then quickly proceeded into the role of Assistant Property Manager.  Ashley transitioned into her current position as the Marketing Manager for Kleinman Realty Co. in 2021.

As Marketing Manager,  Ashley oversees the advertisement and marketing for all 170+ properties that Kleinman Realty Co. manages. She is experienced in customer relationship management, brand awareness, real estate photography, and graphic design.

Ashley is a graduate of Iowa State University. She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Integrated Studio Arts, with an emphasis in Photography.

Ann Linden is the Office Manager at Kleinman Realty Co. Ann encompasses over 20 years of experience in operations and corporate facility management. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, Ann has a proven ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and has continued to do so during her years at Kleinman Realty Co.

Ann has built a strong administrative team and solid vendor relationships while at Kleinman Realty Co. She thrives as a leader, managing multiple projects and priorities, and succeeding in a fast-paced environment. She is a hands-on team leader, who is highly motivated and excels in dynamic, challenging environments with customer focused attitude.

Ann received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Minot State University.
